Thank you for your purchase of Adam & RO shoes. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at sales@adamandro.com within 7 days for a return/refund. You will need to send the unworn shoes back to us, in their original packaging including box. You are responsible for return shipping as well as the initial shipping cost to us, so once returned, you will be credited back the cost of the shoes, only.  Adam & RO is not responsible for damage that occurs to shoes after they have been worn.  Leather shoes will naturally scuff, obtain marks, or lose its finish as they are worn. 

Since our one of a kind shoes often sell out, we cannot offer a replacement pair, you will be issued a refund. Refunds are only valid on shoes purchased directly from Adam & RO shoes. Refunds will not be offered for shoes purchased at a discount, including sales, final sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday. 

We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually.  We hope to ship all orders within 5-7 business days after purchase date for standard shipping. 

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.  Unfortunately, packages that are marked as delivered, but which are ‘not received’, are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our fulfillment facility, we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately, we are unable to track down your package.
